Once your defective component has been delivered, the repair will take between 2-3 weeks... depending on the complexity, this may vary.

Yes! After the repair, the frame is even more stable and doesn't affect handling. This is also confirmed by the Zedler Institute certification and its seal of approval, which our repairs carry.

We can repair various types of carbon fiber damage, including cracks, breaks, dents, and damage caused by drops or accidents. Please contact us for a detailed assessment of the damage.

Do you offer a warranty on the repair?

Yes, we offer a legal guarantee on our carbon fiber repairs. If you have any issues with the area we repaired after the repair, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

What if I don't have shipping boxes?

If you've chosen to process your order without a dealer but don't have shipping options, we'll be happy to send you a shipping box. Please note this in the "Notes" section of the registration form.

Can I bring my frame to Fiberescue?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to accept your frame. However, this service is only available by appointment via email.
