Our carbon repair packages offer customized solutions for various types of damage. We understand that different types of damage require different levels of repair complexity.
A NOTICE:
The fracture points listed in Repair Package 2 are structurally relevant nodes exposed to higher force transmission. Therefore, an ultrasonic inspection is included in this package. We can guarantee 100% reliability for the repaired damage.
DAMAGE ANALYSIS
Our team's extensive experience in motorsports and aviation plays a crucial role in damage analysis. In addition to obvious visual damage, which can be identified through simple inspection, there are also critical defects in the fiber structure that are invisible to the naked eye. With our specialized testing methods, no defect goes undetected!
VISUAL INSPECTION
Our experienced staff examine the damaged component for visual defects and possible damage. Experience has shown that most damage can be easily identified at this point, as damage generally occurs first in the paint and then in the underlying carbon fiber. However, the force applied to the component may cause cracks to appear under the paint that are initially invisible.
Knock test
After a visual inspection, larger damage beneath the paint can be more easily identified. The bike frame is tapped, and acoustic resonance differences are used to determine any possible defects in the fiber structure. By sanding the affected area, we can ensure that the damage hasn't reached a greater extent. For damage at joints or damage that could not previously be identified by visual or tapping inspection, we use ultrasonic testing.

Our most precise testing method is the reflection sound method. This method uses ultrasonic waves to examine your frame. The acoustic resonance allows us to detect even the smallest hairline cracks and defects in the fiber structure, allowing us to precisely analyze the damaged area.
Here, an intact area of the frame was tested. It is clearly visible that the tested part exhibits strong resonance and meets the standard values. This indicates a flawless fiber structure.
Here's a picture of a defective area on the frame. The curve deflection remains significantly below normal. A massive structural weakening of the frame is evident.
REPAIR & FINISH
We use only high-quality carbon fiber materials from Formula 1 and aviation, significantly extending the lifespan of your frame. Perfect craftsmanship ensures maximum strength and quality. The repaired area is then sealed. Your bike is now fully ready for use again!

With this finish, the treated area is sealed with a solid-color varnish. No elaborate design options are available.
If you want to adapt the elaborate design on the repaired area to the rest of the frame, or even create a custom design, you have almost unlimited possibilities through one of our partner companies.

We'll help you get back in the saddle as quickly as possible! To start your repair process, simply fill out the request form and we'll get back to you with a quote. Even easier for you – go to a dealer in your area, as we need your frame completely disassembled. There, you'll receive professional disassembly and reassembly. If your trusted dealer isn't yet part of our sustainable network, please feel free to let them know about us. We welcome any new additions to the Fiberescue family. Once we receive your frame, the repair will take approximately three weeks. Afterward, your bike will be fully ready for use again!
